The hotel itself looked nice and the private pool was a great addition. The refund process for the bond was speedy, and the hotel staff even ordered a taxi for us, which was ready and waiting exactly on time. The receptionists from the Philippines were caring and professional, and the free buggy cart service to 7-Eleven was very convenient. The room cleaners did an excellent job in housekeeping, and the overall staff was lovely.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
